Brothers Conall and Jack Low started brewing in their parents' garage in 2016, filling twenty-five-litre plastic bottles before scaling up into a proper brewery at Sawmill Yard in Blair Atholl. Conall handles the brewing while Jack, who joined the business in 2021 after a career in commercial development, runs the operational side; between them they now produce around twenty-five thousand litres a month and export to more than a dozen countries. The outdoor taproom opens on Saturdays through the summer season, pouring fresh beer and cider alongside pizzas cooked on site, and the shop sells cans and bottles on weekdays year-round. A larger brewery and taproom is planned nearby in Pitlochry.
