Moulin Hotel, Innand Brewery

The Moulin Inn has stood in the village square of Moulin, three-quarters of a mile from Pitlochry, since 1695. A microbrewery was added on site in 1995, among the first in Scotland at that time, and it still produces the Ale of Atholl, Braveheart, Old Remedial and a Light Ale. These are served alongside local dishes in a bar built around the original stone walls and low beams. Free brewery tours run daily between ten and four. Now trading as the Moulin Hotel, Inn and Brewery, it also offers rooms, but remains a single independent premises in Moulin, with no other pubs or hotels attached.
