Lemonia has served Greek food on Regent's Park Road since 1979, moving into its current premises at number 89 in 1992. The restaurant has stayed in the hands of the same family throughout, building a following among Primrose Hill regulars over four and a half decades. The kitchen turns out charcoal-grilled meats, slow-cooked lamb kleftiko and mezze plates drawing on Cypriot and mainland Greek traditions, served in a high-ceilinged dining room filled with greenery. A sister restaurant, Limani, once traded a few doors along the same street but has since closed, leaving Lemonia as the family's sole remaining restaurant. It operates today as a single, independent restaurant on Regent's Park Road, not part of any wider group.
