A Hungarian patisserie and tearoom on Heath Street, opened in 1963 by Louis Permayer, who left Hungary after the 1956 uprising. Its wood-panelled interior has changed little since, and the counter still sells traditional cakes and pastries, including strudel and rigo jancsi, to a long-standing local Hungarian community and passing trade.
