Manorview B&B has been run since 2003 by Anne and her husband Willie from their home on the Upper Kildress Road outside Cookstown, opposite Drum Manor Forest Park on the A505 towards Omagh. The house offers three rooms, named Ballinderry, Sperrins and Oaklands, and is approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board. Guests are given homemade shortbread and flakemeal biscuits baked by Anne as part of the welcome. It is a single-property, owner-run guesthouse rather than part of any hotel group, with bookings taken directly by phone or through the property's own website. The setting is rural, a short drive from Cookstown town centre, and reviews consistently describe it as quiet. Rooms are let on a bed-and-breakfast basis with check-in arranged directly with Anne and Willie rather than fixed reception hours.
