Meticulous Ink has operated from 134 Walcot Street since 2010, when founder Athena Cauley-Yu set up shop with two Original Heidelberg Windmill presses dating from the 1960s. One press lays down ink and the other applies foil, both visible from the shop floor behind the stationery counter. Cauley-Yu prints wedding invitations, business cards, and greetings cards to order, alongside selling fountain pens, wax-sealing kits, and calligraphy supplies. The back of the shop doubles as a teaching studio, running workshops in copperplate calligraphy, brush lettering, and letterpress printing for small groups. Meticulous Ink opens Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, closed Sunday and Monday, and sits among Walcot Street's cluster of craft workshops in Bath's Artisan Quarter.
