Mossys is a family-run garden centre tucked behind West Street in the middle of Sittingbourne, where it has traded for more than 25 years. The stock runs from bedding plants, perennials, shrubs and hedging through to herbs, vegetables and seasonal bulbs, alongside glazed and terracotta pots, composts, aggregates, tools and lawn care. The staff are gardeners themselves and give plant advice rather than upselling, and there is free click-and-collect from the site. Being town-centre rather than out on a bypass, it serves people arriving on foot as much as by car, and the range leans practical: growing essentials, bird feed, logs and kindling sit next to the plants. It remains a single independent site with no other branches, run day to day by the family who own it.
