Store 104 occupies a shopfront on Rochester High Street, combining a bookshop and yarn shop under family ownership. The stock runs from fiction, non-fiction, history and nature titles to children's books, alongside knitting yarn in weights from four-ply to super chunky, knitting patterns, stationery and gifts, including ceramics made by Sarah Crouch. A cafe within the shop, Leonard's, serves specialty coffee and keeps slightly shorter hours than the shop itself.
