A goat's cheese maker producing Sinodun Hill and Brightwell Ash, two soft cheeses developed over a decade of tenant farming in Oxfordshire before the makers moved their herd to a farm near Llanddeusant in January 2025. Cheese is sold through farm shops, delis and their own online shop.
