Pembertons Farm Shop& Dairy

Pembertons Farm Shop & Dairy operates from Birks Farm on Ballam Road in Lytham, where the Pemberton family has kept a dairy herd and run a milk round since the 1950s. The farm shop opened in July 2017, after what the family describes as two decades of planning, and sells the farm's own milk and dairy products alongside meat, vegetables and other goods from Lancashire producers. A milkman round still delivers glass-bottled milk to doorsteps across the Fylde coast, continuing a service the family has offered for more than 70 years. The shop adjoins the working farm rather than sitting apart from it, so produce on the shelves changes with what the farm has ready. An events space on site, Pembertons Parlour, hosts private functions. The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
