Keg n Cask is a small micropub on St Andrews Road South in St Annes, a short walk from the railway station. It opened in February 2020 in a former retail unit and keeps things simple: a handful of rotating cask beers, usually five at a time and mostly from breweries within about 30 miles, plus ciders and keg lines, with conversation in place of music or gaming machines. It is independently run, with the freehold in individual rather than pub-company hands, and changed owners in early 2026 while continuing as a free house. The focus is on regularly changing Lancashire and North West ales served in a compact single room, the kind of format that has become a mainstay of the Fylde coast's tram-and-train ale trail.
