Ravens Bakery has operated from 277 Ditchling Road since 1991, when Giselle Hyland founded the business. Bread is baked daily in a stone oven reported to be over a century old, alongside sandwiches, pastries and seasonal specialities including hot cross buns each Easter. The bakery closes on Sundays and trades shorter hours on Saturdays.
