Riverside Butchers works from a unit on the Square in Stamford Bridge, sourcing beef, pork, lamb and poultry directly from Yorkshire farmers with a stated focus on high-welfare, traceable produce. The team has more than a century of combined retail butchery experience between them and has picked up national awards for its pies and its range of homemade sausages and burgers. Beyond fresh meat, the counter carries deli items, cooked meats, and the shop's own sauces and spice kits. The business, incorporated in 2013, says it works to cut its carbon footprint by keeping sourcing local rather than shipping meat in from further afield.
