Roasted Coffee Shop is a family-run café on Thornbridge Road in Baillieston, opened in 2024 by Kirsty and Paul. The dog-friendly space serves coffee alongside home-baked cakes, scones and croissants, plus toasties and paninis at lunchtime. It has become a regular stop for the local neighbourhood on weekday mornings and Saturdays.
