The Art School occupies a converted building on Sugnall Street in the Georgian Quarter, where chef-patron Paul Askew has run a fine-dining kitchen since 2014, sourcing seafood, game and vegetables from named growers and day-boat fishermen across the North West for regularly changing tasting menus.
