A town house on Jedburgh's High Street combining a cocktail and wine bar, restaurant and rooms: traditional outside, modern within. It is billed as 2 AA Rosette fine dining, with Alasdair Wilkie as chef, and the sample menu runs to smoked haddock, pea and parmesan risotto and beef olive with dauphinoise. Three courses are offered at £25. Bar from 4pm Tuesday to Friday, dining Tuesday to Saturday, 6pm to 8.45pm.
