The Gower Inn is a stone-faced pub in Parkmill dating from 1824, set in the wooded valley on the approach to Three Cliffs Bay. The pub passed into new independent ownership in May 2024, when landlord Chris took over and began restoring some of the building's older character while adding his own touches to the food and décor. It runs as a single site with a long lounge used mainly for dining and a smaller rear bar for drinkers, serving cawl, game pie, fish and chips and Welsh beef steaks alongside cask ales and wines. More than ninety per cent of the produce used in the kitchen is of Welsh origin, including Gower lamb and seafood landed along the peninsula. Walkers heading to Three Cliffs Bay and Parc-le-Breos pass directly by its door, making it a regular stop on the coast path.
