The RoomsLytham

The Rooms is a small, family-run boutique bed and breakfast on Church Road in Lytham, converted from a Victorian house in 2008. Bedrooms are individually furnished, each with a private bathroom, and the ground floor now includes a café serving weekend brunch. Breakfast is the property's calling card: it was named winner of The Times mystery-guest search for the best breakfast in the UK, and the paper also listed it among its top twelve B&Bs, with Bucks Fizz served alongside at weekends. The location is central, within a few minutes' walk of Lytham railway station, the seafront green and windmill, and the town's independent shops and restaurants. It trades as The Rooms B&B Limited and is privately owned and managed rather than part of a hotel group.
