Weaver's HouseB&B

Weaver's House B&B occupies a Windsor Road townhouse in Penarth, a short walk from Cogan railway station and the town's Edwardian high street. Owners Ivan and Toni let seven guest rooms, several with shared bathrooms, decorated individually and finished with glass ceiling lights in some. A self-service continental breakfast is set out each morning, including hot and cold drinks, cereals, pastries and fruit, and a stocked larder gives guests access to tea, coffee and snacks throughout their stay. There is a sun terrace for outdoor seating and free wifi across the building. The house runs independently rather than through a hotel group, relying on returning guests and word of mouth from Penarth's seafront visitors rather than a national booking brand's marketing budget.
