Delifonseca was opened on Stanley Street in 2006 by Candice Fonseca and Paul Humphreys, and has become one of Liverpool's best-loved independent food addresses — a deli, restaurant and bar in one, with its own in-house butcher and a kitchen that cooks from the shelves. A second, larger site followed at Brunswick Dock, but the city-centre original is the heart of it. A proper independent that feeds the city across a whole day. Shop the deli, then stay upstairs to eat what you have been looking at.
