Frinton45

Frinton45 is a small bed and breakfast run by hosts Paul and Annie from their home on Old Road, a short walk from Frinton-on-Sea's Greensward and beach huts. Guest rooms include the Cloud Room, which has a large bathroom with a bath, and the smaller Snug Room, both furnished with a kettle, wardrobe and television. A garden and terrace at the rear provide outdoor seating and bicycle parking for guests. Breakfast is cooked to order each morning and served in a small dining room at the front of the house. Walton-on-the-Naze beach lies a little over a mile away on foot. Free parking is available on site alongside free WiFi throughout the property. The house sits close to the clifftop that runs along this stretch of coast.
