Victoria Turner opened From Victoria on Lewes High Street in 2013, filling the shop with house plants, dried flowers, candles and home accessories alongside a smaller range of women's clothing and jewellery. The stock mixes practical plant care products, pots and room fragrance with gift items such as chocolate, books and dog treats, giving it the feel of a general lifestyle shop rather than a single-category retailer. It trades from 51 High Street seven days a week, with shorter hours on Sunday than the rest of the week. Turner has run the shop under her own name since opening, without expanding to a second site. The range shifts seasonally around a core of plant and homeware stock.
