Hidden Spring makes English still and sparkling wine on Vines Cross Road at Horam, near Heathfield in East Sussex, and describes itself as a family-run local vineyard. The range covers Bacchus, Bacchus Fumé and Pinot Gris still wines, Classic Cuvée, Blanc du Blancs and Blanc du Noirs sparkling, plus two Alchemy bottlings, The Catalyst and The Barrel Factor.
