NoFilter Coffeehouse & Bistro occupies a corner unit in St Annes's Burlington Centre, pouring its own coffee blends alongside an all-day menu of American diner-style plates and British brunch staples. Natasia Hamilton set it up with her fiancé Paul Neil and sister-in-law Stephanie Neil, all three having worked for a national coffee chain before deciding to do coffee their own way. The trio have since opened a second site on South Westby Street in Lytham, keeping both under family ownership. Local partnerships run through the menu, including cakes sourced from nearby supplier Nom Nom. The St Annes room is licensed, so cocktails sit next to the espresso machine on the drinks list, and the diner leans on classic booth seating. It draws a genuinely mixed crowd, from dog walkers on the seafront route to families after a full breakfast.
