Oliver's Ciderand Perry

Tom Oliver makes single-variety and blended ciders and perries at his farm using whole-juice, spontaneous fermentation methods and fruit from unsprayed orchards, some containing perry pear varieties rarely grown elsewhere. The farm also rears cattle and sheep. Bottles are sold from the farm shop and by mail order.
