Rhubarb is the restaurant at James Thomson's Prestonfield House, a five-star hotel set in 20 acres of gardens and parkland below Arthur's Seat, five minutes from Edinburgh's Old Town. Open daily from noon, with last reservation at 10pm, alongside afternoon tea, a whisky room and private dining rooms taking anything from a lunch for fourteen to a dinner for fifty.
