The Core atCorby Cube

The Core at Corby Cube is a single-site arts venue on George Street in Corby, opened in 2010 inside the Corby Cube building alongside the town's library and council offices. It is run by Corby Cube Theatre Trust, an independent registered charity rather than a commercial chain, and comprises a 445-seat main theatre across three tiers, a smaller studio space called the Lab, and an underground workshop and training room known as the Base. Programming covers touring theatre, comedy, dance and music alongside am-dram and community productions, and the venue runs subsidised workshops in drama, dance, writing and digital media for local schools and residents. The Core sits opposite Corby's central shopping area and functions as the town's main indoor performance and exhibition space, drawing audiences from across North Northamptonshire.
