The PortsmouthDistillery

The Portsmouth Distillery makes gin and rum inside a casemate of Fort Cumberland, an eighteenth-century artillery fort on the Southsea coast. Founded in 2018 by former Royal Navy officers, it produces a gin using foraged coastal botanicals and a bourbon-cask-aged rum, and runs tours that end with a drink in its licensed bar.
