What began as a stock of high-volume brands has narrowed and deepened over time as Bansal built his own palate, and the shelves now lean towards fine fizz, with a focus on grower Champagne alongside wines from small producers he selects and sometimes blends under his own label. Bansal has consistently declined to sell online, keeping trade centred on walk-in customers and the tailored recommendations he is known for locally. The shop sits near Wapping Overground station in the same cluster of independent traders as Wapping Tavern, and regular customers rate H's advice on pairing and value as the main reason they keep coming back.
