Tomas Eriksson opened Bar Ingo on York Street in 2024 with his son Rio, the third restaurant the pair have run together. The Swedish-born chef cooks a short menu of small plates drawn from San Sebastián and the wider Basque country, served with a wine list built around natural and low-intervention bottles. The kitchen is open to the room, and the space is built to work for a full dinner, a quick plate at the bar, or just a glass of wine. The Good Food Guide has listed Bar Ingo, and OpenTable placed it in its 2025 Top 100 UK restaurants with a 4.9-star average score.
