Basil's Bakery

An independent bakery opened in May 2021 by Basil, who ran two bakeries in Thessaloniki before moving to the UK. Sourdough and other bread is baked daily in view of customers using slow fermentation, alongside Greek-influenced pastries such as spanakopita and tiropitakia, plus sandwiches and coffee to take away.
