Blasau Deli

Blasau is an independent delicatessen on Penrallt Street in Machynlleth, a short step from the town clock. Its counter is built around Welsh and local produce, with a changing selection of regional cheeses, pâtés, cured meats, preserves and freshly baked bread to take away, plus store-cupboard goods sourced from small producers across Wales and the Marches. The kitchen also makes up sandwiches, salads and charcuterie and cheese boards to eat in or carry out, with vegetarian and vegan options among them. Occupying the ground floor of Royal House, it draws both townspeople doing their food shopping and walkers stocking up before heading into the Dyfi hills.
