Caledonia Cafe & Bistro is an independent breakfast and lunch cafe on Gorgie Road, owned by Vedat Oyer. The menu covers a full Scottish fry-up, pancakes, sandwiches and daily specials, served in a small dining room with tartan-patterned seating that draws a mostly local, regular trade through the day, from early morning until mid-afternoon.
