Cranswick GardenCentre

Cranswick Garden Centre sits on Burnbutts Lane outside Driffield, an independent, single-site nursery and garden centre rather than part of a chain. It grows some of its own annuals and perennials on site and brings in further stock, shrubs and trees from UK and Dutch suppliers, alongside more than fifteen types of compost, tools and landscaping materials. Garden furniture and Grillstream barbecues are sold with local delivery and assembly, and there is a smaller range of dog accessories, wild bird food and giftware such as cards and trinket dishes. The centre's #STOVE café-bistro serves coffee, cakes, scones and light lunches around wood-burning stoves, holding a five-star food hygiene rating. It opens seven days a week, with shorter hours on Sundays.
