Surveyed
A 23-acre vineyard on the edge of Lytchett Matravers, planted in 2007 by Andrew and Sarah Pharoah around an eighteenth-century farmhouse after they trained in viticulture at Plumpton College. Some 23,000 vines across fourteen Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay clones are used to make traditional-method sparkling wine, with tours and tastings led by the owners themselves on Fridays and Saturdays from June to October.
