On Oatmeal Row — a street named for exactly this trade — Henderson's bakes everything on site daily with organic flour and local ingredients where the season allows: sourdough, focaccia, rye, quiches, soups and salads sold across the counter and eaten at the café tables. Wiltshire Life named it the county's independent food producer of the year back in 2017, Salisbury voted it favourite independent retailer before that, and the Good Café Award followed in 2025. Baker's hours: half past seven to four, Monday to Saturday.
