Hop In Craft Beer & Cider started as a market stall in Halifax's Grade II*-listed Borough Market in 2023, selling cask, keg and bottled beer alongside cider. Growing demand led to a move in 2024 to larger premises on Union Street, near the entrance to the Piece Hall.
