Millbrook Cafe occupies a small premises on Church Road in Bessbrook, a planned linen-mill village built by the Quaker Richardson family in the nineteenth century. The menu covers breakfast, lunch and evening meals rather than coffee-shop snacks alone, and the cafe functions as one of the few sit-down eating options within the village itself rather than on the main approach roads into Newry. Trade is drawn mostly from the surrounding village and passing local traffic.
