Amy opened South Park Tap in May 2023 in a former cafe and sandwich bar on Sevenoaks' South Park, running it as a free house rather than tying to any single brewery. Long Man Best Bitter is the constant on the bar, backed by three rotating guest ales that regularly include Larkins, Stay Wild and Tonbridge breweries, plus a real cider list running to Kent Cider Company and Turners of Marden. The green-tiled front opens into two small drinking rooms and a narrow outside courtyard, with dogs and wifi both welcome. Steps into the rear room mean it is not fully accessible throughout, though the bar and main seating are step-free. House rules posted at the bar rule out gambling machines and loud phone calls, keeping the room quiet enough for conversation on a weekday evening.
