The CobbledRoastery

A specialty coffee roaster and small café on Thistle Street, founded in December 2020 by two Edinburgh friends with a combined three decades in hospitality. Beans are roasted on-site in small batches from origins including Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya and Yemen, sold whole or ground alongside cappuccinos and flat whites made from the same roasts. The shop also supplies coffee wholesale to other independent cafés around the city.
