Australian chef Brett Graham opened The Ledbury on Ledbury Road in Notting Hill in 2005, backed by restaurateurs Phil Howard and Nigel Platts-Martin of The Square in Mayfair. The kitchen won its first Michelin star within a year and a second in 2010, building its reputation on British game, foraged ingredients and vegetables grown specifically for the restaurant. The pandemic closed the small dining room in June 2020 and the stars lapsed; Graham reopened in February 2022 with a redesigned room and a shorter, more intimate seating plan. Both stars returned in 2023, and a third followed in 2024. The restaurant occupies this single Ledbury Road address only; Graham's other pub, The Harwood Arms in Fulham, is a separate business with its own kitchen and management.
