The Twig

Bibury's former village store stood empty until the Twig moved in: a fourteen-cover café-deli pouring coffee over focaccia sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls and cakes, with takeaway for the crowds that pass through one of the Cotswolds' most visited villages. It trades under the Baz & Fred name, the Instagram carries the announcements, and the hours run seven days from half past eight. Young, small and independent, in a village that needed exactly that.
