Bardsey Island Boat Trips runs crossings to Ynys Enlli from Porth Meudwy, a small fishing cove beyond Aberdaron, under skipper Colin Evans, whose family has been linked to the island for some three centuries. The twenty-minute journey follows the old pilgrim route past seabird colonies, seals and porpoises, with about four hours ashore before the return sailing. Trips depend on weather and sea conditions, and dogs other than assistance animals are not permitted.
