Cherry Cottage Nurseries& Garden Centre

Cherry Cottage Nurseries and Garden Centre opened in 1996 on Aghnamoira Road, set in the hills between Newry and Warrenpoint with views across to the Cooley and Flagstaff mountains. The family-run nursery grows its own trees, shrubs and hedging on site, alongside bedding plants, hanging baskets and a range of garden furniture and lighting. A shop within the centre stocks fertilisers, lawn seed, tools and pots, plus a separate gift and craft section. The business has remained on its original Aghnamoira Road site since opening, run as a single family concern rather than as part of a wider garden centre group. Its elevated position gives customers views over the surrounding countryside toward Carlingford Lough while browsing the outdoor plant beds.
