This Victorian mansion outside Dunblane was bought by tennis player Andy Murray and his family in 2013 and reopened as a hotel in 2014 after refurbishment. The estate runs to roughly 34 acres of woodland and walled garden, with a small chapel on site licensed for weddings. Bedrooms are individually decorated rather than uniform, and the restaurant draws on produce grown in the walled garden where possible.
