Millfields Hotel

Built in 1879 for Robert Cook, a local chemist, as a Victorian town house, 53 Bargate is now a 27-bedroom hotel and restaurant beside Peoples Park, a short walk from Grimsby town centre and close to the docks and Cleethorpes beach. Rooms range from standard doubles to a four-poster room and a large suite, all en-suite. There is a gym and squash courts, free wi-fi and onsite parking. Grimsby haddock is the kitchen's mainstay.
