The Beynon family has taken in campers and touring caravans on their working farm at Penmaen since the 1920s, long before glamping became a marketing term. Nicholaston Farm sits between Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich with the Gower Coast Path running directly beside the pitches, and offers hook-up for caravans, motorhomes and campervans alongside tent pitches without power. A takeaway cafe and shop on site serves campers and passing walkers. The farm's location and long operating history earned it a place in Lonely Planet's Great Britain guide. Dogs are welcome throughout the site, which remains a working farm alongside the camping ground.
