PARIA

PARIA opened on Harrogate Road in July 2023 as the first bricks-and-mortar shop from founder Sam Morgan, who built the business around cycling apparel before adding a café counter. The ground floor holds tables and a bar serving Hard Lines coffee and Charitea cold drinks; a mezzanine above carries jerseys, bibs, caps and casual wear. Cakes and pastries are sourced from local bakers rather than made in house. The fit-out favours a 1970s social club palette over reclaimed timber, and bike racks sit at the rear for customers riding in from Chevin or Otley. PARIA has run joint events with breweries including North, Northern Monk and Magic Rock, and with the Brudenell Social Club. It opens daily from 8am to 4pm, drawing a crowd of local riders alongside regular café visitors.
