Saffy's is a family-run café-bar and bistro on Dalblair Road in Ayr, opened by chef Douglas Smith after two decades cooking in the town. The kitchen serves brasserie-style dishes through the day and into the evening, and the business, named after the family's daughter, runs from this one site only.
