The Cresselly Arms has stood on the bank of the Cresswell river since at least the mid-nineteenth century, the Grade II listed building held by one family between 1896 and 1981. Under current landlord Steve Adams, it was named Pembrokeshire CAMRA Pub of the Year in 2015 and again in 2024, when it also took the Wales CAMRA Pub of the Year title. No food is served; the pub pours cask ales and real cider from a Victorian counter and bar-back shelving in a farm-kitchen interior with a quarry-tiled floor and open fire. On summer weekends Adams sometimes puts on riverside barbecues, and a small shed bar opens for busy days. Planning approval was granted in 2026 for a modest kitchen and outdoor bar extension. The pub is owned by the Cresselly Estate and run as an independent freehouse.
